Welcome to Sasha’s Essential Oil Blends.  I hope you you enjoy reading about aromatherapy and essential oil blends. I very much believe in mind, body and spirit working together in harmony.  This is why I chose to become an aromatherapist. Aromatherapy works by absorbing the essential oils into the body in a range of ways, for example aromatherapy massage, bath, inhalation, or burner or you can simply rub on your wrists to get into the blood stream.  The oils have gentle physiological effects as well as mental effects.  It is very helpful for a variety of chronic conditions.  Such as: depression, anxiety, pmt, muscle soreness, insomnia, respiratory issues, oedema, stomach ailments and nervous system ailments. I blend the oils according to the clients like and dislike of smells, then I have to find oils that have the same benefits which work together and their properties don’t clash and work in harmony with one another as I mentioned before.  It’s a little bit like being a chemist, there is a lot of chemistry involved.  I have come up with my favourite blends, for everyone that I know works and uses the best oils I can find in the purest form.  I use a wheatgerm/soya blend as my carrier oil, because it’s pretty much allergy free, and extremely nourishing to boot if you use my oils directly onto the skin.
